This policy explains how we (Spicy Design Ltd) respects your privacy, and our commitment to protecting your personal data. This policy also outlines how we look after your data, your privacy rights, and how the law protects you.
Your privacy is very important to us, and we take every possible effort to protect your information that we hold. We do not need any information other than what enables us to work with you, so we keep to the bare minimum required. We do not share personal information with anyone else.

What information do we collect on you?
For any website enquiries, we collect your name, email address, and phone number, also company name if you give us that
If you do business with us, we also collect your company name, bank account details, and any payment details (invoices etc) between us
If you sign up for our newsletter or blog updates, we only collect your name and email address
Where is your information?
All information for our customers is stored within the Zoho and Mailchimp platforms. One of the deciding factors for us in using these platforms is their attitude towards security;
When you do business with us, we will also keep appropriate information in our secure payment and accounts systems.
How is your information safe?
Access to all information is kept restricted, and accessed only by people who need to.
All our passwords are stored in 1Password – again, chosen for their security credentials – and are unique, and randomly generated for each service.
Our devices (laptops/tablets/phones) are secured with disk encryption and password/biometric security.
